2 Getting started with Excel

Microsoft Excel is the most widely used spreadsheet tool but there are also other free alternatives available, the latter nevertheless offering fewer possibilities. It makes it easy to create customised spreadsheets adapted to the needs of your project: sorting, linking and grouping options, or displaying in the form of a graph.
