It is possible to set-up checks that will be carried out automatically and on request in order to draw attention to (i) outliers among the data collected, (ii) the frequency of occurrence of certain values, and (iii) to detect and alert on those biases potentially induced by the enumerator. This can be interesting when carrying out complex surveys where you may have doubts on the enumerators’ level of mastery of certain thematics for instance, or with surveys that require pinpoint precision.
