8.2 Tool Focus - KoBoToolbox & ODK Collect

This section focuses on deploying the form and managing the collection phase using KoBoToolbox and ODK Collect. While some of the comments are specific to these tools, others are more generic and relate to the collection phase in general. As such, please feel free to take a look even if you do not use KoBoToolbox or ODK Collect.
